Wine Review: This deep ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Washington State is a very drinkable everyday wine. It has a nose of rich, ripe dark fruit featuring blackberries, oak and a hint of blueberry. On the palate, it is an intense fruit bomb of dark fruit, plums and blackberries that fill the mouth. It has a little edge to it. It closes with a hint of cola and a touch of heat on the finish. This is a nice burger or spaghetti wine to have with your weekday meals. – Stuart & Karen
Winemaker Notes: The Indian Wells Cabernet is our warm climate ripe, jammy "New World" style of Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine typifies the Wahluke Slope region with dark fruit aromas and flavors. Syrah added an enhanced richness and concentration to the wine.
