Wine Review: This very affordable white opens with a canned peas and tangerine bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, and crisp. The flavor profile is a spicy Anjou pear with notes of minerality and honeydew melon. The finish is very dry and the sensation persists for a while. This wine would pair perfectly with quiche Lorraine. Enjoy – Ken
