Wine Review: This light yellow colored dessert offering from Bordeaux is very good. It opens with an attractive apricot and honey bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and pleasantly sweet. The flavor profile is a very tasty ginger and lemon blend with notes of golden delicious apple. The finish is pleasantly sweet and sails away nicely. I would drink this gem as dessert on its own after a big meal. Enjoy - Ken
