Wine Review: This deep purple colored Merlot based wine opens with a blueberry and graphite bouquet with hints of black olive, walnuts, and dried oak leaves. On the palate, this wine is full bodied and with integrate plus acidity. The mouthfeel very well-balanced, smooth, and structured. The flavor profile is gentle graphite and black currant blend with notes of mocha, black raspberry, and cedar. We also detected hints of walnuts, English breakfast tea, and loam in the mix. The finish is dry, and its polished medium tannins are very nicely sustained. The Tasting Panel with unbelievable wine with Roy’s rib roast. Enjoy – KWGTP
