Wine Review: This opaque and cloudy dark purple colored wine opens with a musty oak and black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and juicy. The flavor profile is a red cherry and boysenberry blend with just a touch of oak. The finish is pretty dry and its moderate dusty tannins stick around a while. This wine would pair well with a messy rack of ribs. Enjoy – Ken
