Wine Review: This offering was one of the most impressive offerings I tried from a recent blind tasting of premium level Napa Cabs and blends. It was a very dark opaque ruby colored wine that opens with a very attractive black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, extremely well balanced, and ultra smooth. The flavor profile is a delicious blend of blueberry and ripe black cherry. The finish is dry and its substantial tannins are smooth and lengthy. This big wine is a real winner and I would pair it with a cowboy ribeye steak. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Deep garnet color. Beautifully concentrated dark berry and cassis aromas lead to flavors of black cherry, blueberry, ripe currant and cocoa, nicely balanced with toasty oak. The wine has a lush, expansive mouthfeel with soft tannins and firm texture. The long, velvety finish carries powerful impressions of fruit to the end. - Chuck Wagner
