Wine Review: This light yellow colored wine opens with a gentle lime bouquet with a hint of apple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and shows a round mouthfeel with no edges. The flavor profile is a mild green apple with some infused mineral notes with a touch of lime. The finish is dry and very nicely refreshing. This would be a perfect choice for a hot summer day. Serve it with grilled bacon wrapped shrimp off the barbecue. Enjoy - Ken
