Wine Review: This pitch black colored Cabernet Sauvignon from California opens with a black cherry bouquet with hints of dark chocolate and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and very juicy. The flavor profile is a pleasant ripe blackberry with notes of black cherry, dark chocolate and oak. The finish is dry and its mild tannins and big flavors linger slightly. This easy to drink fruit bomb Cab is easy to enjoy. I would serve it with a big and juicy pub burger. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Just as Cabernet Sauvignon, the "King of Reds," resides in the upper echelons of the wine world, the carnivore sits atop the food chain. Inspired by these two kings, we created Carnivor, a sophisticated wine whose bold, intense flavor is matched by a refined smoothness. #DEVOURLIFE
