Wine Review: This garnet-colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Washington state opens with a drunken black cherries and dark chocolate bouquet with hints of spice cake. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, elegant, super smooth and seamless. The flavor profile is a black cherry and marionberry blend with notes of stone dust and oak. I also detected hints of cassis and mild tea. The finish is dry, and its polished drying fine tannins linger nicely. I would pair this very nice Cab with a porterhouse steak. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: This lush and fruit-forward Cabernet Sauvignon draws you in with alluring aromas of black raspberry, marionberry and Bing cherry, along with hints of minerality and moist, loamy earth. The layers juicy, ripe fruit are echoed on the palate where they are framed by bright acidity and firm tannins, with notions of loamy earth and wet river rocks emerging throughout the long, luscious finish.
