Wine Review: This almost clear colored Gewurtztraminer is very nice. It opens with a faint lychee bouquet with floral hints and almonds. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, slightly acidic, elegant, and very smooth. The flavor profile is a delicious mild lychee with hints of gentle minerality, white pepper and faint lemon-lime. The finish is dry and graceful. I would pair this food friendly gem with cashew chicken. Enjoy - Ken
