Wine Review: This coral-colored wine from Calera opens with a pleasant watermelon and rose petal bouquet with hints of strawberry and rhubarb. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced and round. The flavor profile is a slightly sour cherry and watermelon blend with notes of steeped oolong tea. I also detected hints of oregano and a touch of Maraschino cherry in the background.
