Wine Review: This slightly off-dry California white sparkler is a medium straw color with lots of tiny bubbles. It displays an inviting nose of dried apricots, lightly toasted brioche, and apple blossom to start things off. There is plenty of bubbly froth on the palate, and it is clean, balanced, and fresh, with a medium body and moderate acidity. I detected flavors of tart green apple, ginger ale, and ripe pear, along with notes of saline and green almond. The finish is refreshing and moderate in length. This versatile sparkling wine can be sipped while handing out Halloween candy or with popcorn while streaming the latest. - Mark
Winemaker Notes: Playful aromas of freshly baked apple pie, a squeeze of citrus, French toast, and roasted nuts spring forward from the glass. At first sip the creamy palate is greeted with flavors of ripe pear and toasted brioche paired with refreshing acidity. The fine bubbles dance on your tongue, leading to a clean and lively finish.
