Wine Review: A crisp, dry Pinot Grigio from the Dolomite mountains of Italy. It is an almost clear straw colored with a delicate bouquet of spiced pear, lemongrass, honeysuckle, and orange peel. There is a textured and round mouthfeel on the palate. It is medium-minus bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, clean and pleasantly fresh. There are flavors of crunchy green apple, Bartlett pear, lemon-lime, and peach pit along with notes of fresh herbs and roses. The finish is bright and refreshing. Serve slightly chilled with lemon chicken piccata. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: Straw yellow in color, clear-cut and delicate on the nose, with scents of acacia flowers, minerals and pear. The fresh natural acidity supports the wine.
