Wine Review: A vibrant and easy drinking Italian Chardonnay. In the glass, it is straw colored, and displays delicate aromas of baked pear, vanilla pastry creme, fresh sliced lemon, and light white florals. On the palate, it is slightly creamy, balanced, medium-plus bodied with plus acidity, and has a nice freshness. I found flavors of golden apple, lemon-lime, spicy white pepper, vanilla oak, and light minerality. The mineral focused finish is refreshing and long. Serve with a simply seasoned grilled red snapper. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: Straw yellow with golden reflections; fruity bouquet ranging from honey to vanilla & exotic fruit; full, well balanced on the palate, with a long, consistent finish.
