Wine Review: This ruby colored wine opens with a fruity black cherry like bouquet with a hint of spice. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and juicy. The flavor profile is spicy cherry with notes of dusty blackberries and black raspberries in the background. The finish is dry and it is slightly prolonged. This is a very good burger wine to consider at your summer picnic. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Each variety plays a part in the overall gestalt of this wine; blackberries and spiciness from the Syrah, raspberries and a hint of rose petals from the Grenache, and Mourvèdre offers hints of truffles as well as the structure of a muscular backbone.
