Wine Review: This golden colored Chardonnay opens with an attractive lemon and light oak bouquet with a hint of pineapple. On the palate, this wine is full boded, balanced, rich and round. Yet, I also found it to be juicy as well. The flavor profile is an oak influenced pineapple with notes of spice and lemon verbena. I also detected hints of almond and nectarine pit towards the very end. The finish is dry and its acidity and flavors are nicely prolonged. I would enjoy this Chard with lobster bisque. Enjoy - Ken
