Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Zinfandel from Bedrock opens with a black raspberry and boysenberry bouquet with a hint of cinnamon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round and bright. The flavor profile is a black raspberry and oak blend with notes of blackberry and stony minerality. I also detected some hints of black licorice towards the end. The finish is dry, and its flavors and sticky tannins linger and last for a very long time. I would pair this Zin with grilled steak tips. Enjoy - Ken
