Wine Review: This dark pink colored Rose opens with a pleasant mild red cherry and gentle tangerine bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, crisp and displays refreshing acidity. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused gentle strawberry with notes of watermelon and a hint of red cherry. The finish is dry and refreshing. Winemaker Notes: Faithful to Navarra's tradition, we produce our rosé wine by means of the reputed system of drawing juice from the must, based on the use of gravity after a short period of saignee maceration. Youth, fruitiness and freshness are the most remarkable features of this wine.
