Wine Review: This organic Riesling from "Art of Earth" is pale straw in color and opens with a tropical citrus, lemon, quince, and melon bouquet with vanilla notes. On the palate, the wine is light plus in bodied with plus but balanced acidity and fine minerality. The mouthfeel is smooth, crisp and slightly tangy. The flavor profile is a blend of grapefruit, lemon, tangerine, pineapple and melon. I also detected some hints of light honey. The finish lingers nicely. I would recommend pairing this good value German Riesling with fish tacos. - Joe

Winemaker Notes: A pale yellow-green color indicates the Rieslings leading lime and citrus blossom aromas that remain on the palate with a firm structure and off-dry, mineral finish. Best served as an aperitif or as a traditional pairing with German sausages and sauerkraut. Also, a Riesling that is certain to perform well when paired with white fish or shellfish.
