Wine Review: This inky purple red blend from Apothic a very good value. It opens with inviting aromas of brownie batter and malted milk chocolate. On the palate, the wine is medium-plus in body with juicy red currant and black raspberry fruit flavors bracketed by a ribbon of toffee and hints of warm blueberry. The wine is well-balanced, easy drinking and very food friendly. We paired it with beef tacos. Its tannins are moderate and carry the wine to a pleasingly long, vanilla-infused finish. Enjoy! - Jeoff
Winemaker Notes: A decadent red blend that combines ripe red raspberry flavors with hints of black cherry, mocha and sweet vanilla. Velvety smooth and has a long lingering finish.
