Wine Review: This almost clear colored Vermentino opens with a wet stone and lemon-lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused light lemon with hints of pear. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Vermentino would pair well with seafood stew. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 2012 Vermentino is luminous straw yellow in color. On the nose, the wine is elegant and rich with pleasant notes of citrus fruit and herbs. This Vermentino is fruit-driven with hints of peaches and apricot with a lingering minerality and bright fruitiness on the finish.
