Wine Review: This deep purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon based wine opens with a cassis and blackberry bouquet with hints of Baker's chocolate, saddle leather, and violets. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is well-balanced, smooth, seamless, and juicy. The flavor profile is a marionberry and mild oak blend with notes of Dr. Pepper and vanilla. We also detected hints of red licorice.
