Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with pomegranate and pencil lead bouquet with hints of oak and blackberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and smooth. The flavor profile is a red currant, cinnamon, and black tea blend with notes graphite. The finish is dry, and its moderate tannins stick around for a very long time. The Tasting Panel would pair this Cab with lamb stew or meatloaf. Enjoy – KWGTP
