Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a light white grapefruit and white peach bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and fresh. The flavor profile is a tasty stony minerality and gentle white grapefruit blend with notes of lime and saline. I also detected a hint of green tea. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would pair this very good Sauvignon Blanc with swordfish skewers. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is a lively wine bottled with a stelvin closure to lock in the freshness. There are aromas of tropical fruits, passion fruit, green apple, grapefruit, and melon. Bright acidity is followed by fresh juicy flavors of citrus - lime, grapefruit, and lemongrass, along with a slight minerality. This crisp, dry white wine is sure to become a new favorite.
