Wine Review: This is another great value wine from Alamos. It is a brick red colored Cabernet Sauvignon. It opens with an earthy blackberry and plum bouquet that includes oak along with hints of cedar and leather. It is full bodied and smooth on the palate with blackberry and oak flavors. It also displays balanced tannins and hints of strawberries and spices as well. There is a nice dry black cherry finish that makes this Cab a well-rounded wine from start to finish! I would pair this very nice Cab from Mendoza with a nice pot roast. - Joe
