Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Malbec opens with a cedar and boysenberry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, smooth, soft, balanced and displays nice ripe fruit. Those fruit flavors are blueberry and boysenberry with hints of black raspberry, minerality and touch of oak. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are nicely prolonged. The Malbec is food friendly and would pair well with slow cooked braised short ribs. Enjoy – Ken
