Wine Review: This translucent and dark red colored Pinot Noir from Oregon opens with a fragrant and inviting pomegranate and craisin bouquet with hints of black tea and black cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth, fresh, and delicate. The flavors profile is a tasty spiced stewed black plum and mild clove blend with notes of black cherry and strawberry licorice. I also detected some hints of black tea and a touch of black raspberry. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger nicely. This Pinot is very food friendly and versatile. It would pair well with many dishes. I would try it with beef carpaccio. Enjoy – Ken
