Wine Review: This pale straw colored Godello opens with a faint lime and anise bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused Anjou pear with hints of white pepper, light pilsner beer, and lime. The finish is dry and its flavors linger slightly. This is a nice white wine that would pair nicely with flakey white fish. I would pair it with black sea bass. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Elegant, intense, clean, full on the palate expressing the wild herb and fruit components of the variety in equal measure, underpinned by the minerality of the region's slate and chalk hillsides. Unoaked and fresh, fruit/floral/mineral blended into a harmonious whole.
