Wine Review: This almost clear colored kitchen sink blend from South Africa was popular with the Tasting Panel. It is made from nine different grapes. Its bouquet is a Bosc pear and oyster seashell bouquet with a hint of funky cat pee. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, juicy and nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is a Bosc pear with notes of flinty minerality. We also detected hints of quince, ginger and faint oak. The finish is dry and long. The Panel suggested pairing this wine with lobster mac n' cheese or chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy - KWGTP
