Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot opens with a faint red raspberry bouquet with a hint of spic. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, and very easy to drink. It is suave and elegant with charming black cherry flavors with notes of plum and cocoa noted as well. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins linger briefly. This Pinot would be a nice complement to veal parmigianna. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Rich, smoky aromas of plum, wild strawberry, and rhubarb; accented with subtle notes of citrus blossom and tea. The mouth is silky-smooth, with flavors of cranberry, black cherry, and sweet vanilla. Bright acidity and delicate tannins focus the palate and provide a lingering finish of spice and red fruit.
