Wine Review: This wine opens with a pleasant cherry bouquet with a hint of vanilla. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, smooth, and balanced with juicy red cherry flavors. There is also a touch of light oak on the back palate. The finish is dry and its managed tannins are nicely extended. This wine was well received by our group. They would pair it with a red ragu sauce based meal. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Ruby red with purple reflections. Its bouquet is intense, with scents reminding of red cherry, blueberry and cassis. Its fresh and fruity with nice acidity, good balance of tannins and acidity. Pair with all kinds of appetizers and soft cheeses.
