Wine Review: This very dark purple colored Malbec opens with a very attractive blueberry like bouquet with hints of caramel and vanilla. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, very smooth, and creamy with tasty fruit forward blueberry and plum flavors. The finish is quite dry and nicely extended. The panel felt this wine would be ideal with a NY Strip steak. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Incredible dark red/purple color. The aromas of sweet French oak and espresso get more complex with every swirl of the glass, unveiling black raspberry, blueberry, and rose petal aromas. The wine is full-bodied, dense, deep and chewy with flavors of black raspberry, plums, cola, roasted coffee, and caramel notes. This beauty could be enjoyed now with a nice ribeye steak or leg of lamb since it shows incredible balance for such a concentrated wine.
