Wine Review: I was recently at a tasting and this wine stood out as the best. It was the one I went back for when I wanted a second glass. This rich yellow colored Chard opens with a heavenly light banana cream pie like bouquet with a hint of lemon. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, creamy, very nicely balanced, with delicious rich vanilla cream flavors. There are notes of lemon as well. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. This wine would pair quite well with swordfish medallions in a white cream sauce. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Golden yellow with greenish hues. Fruity and floral with characteristic vanilla notes. Pervasive and fruity in the mouth, persistent with a particular spicy note. Excellent as an aperitif and served with cold game, foie gras, white meats and large grilled fish
