Wine Review: We went to an after party following this year’s Boston Wine Expo and this wine was the hit of the evening. This light yellow colored wine opens with a lemon meringue like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, creamy, and smooth with tasty citrus like flavors with hints of minerality. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. We could not stop drinking this wine and we felt this wine would pair nicely with broiled scallops or shrimp scampi. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Straw yellow color with flashes of green. Aromas of fresh fruit blend harmoniously with hints of vanilla and a pleasant herbaceousness. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel allows these varietals to maintain and showcase their natural characteristics.
