Wine Review: This light ruby color wine was one of the best bargains we found at this year’s Boston Wine Expo. As a result we added this wine to our Practical Party Case list. This wine opens with a light cherry bouquet with a touch of vanilla. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, soft, and very easy to drink. It sports pleasant spicy and juicy black raspberry flavors. The finish is dry and its tannins are nicely prolonged. This tasty everyday quaffer is quite a nice wine. We would pair it with shepherd’s pie. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Dark garnet color, beautiful integrated oak, smooth and graceful with herb notes. Textured layers of fruit, earthy, not to heavy but very vibrant at the same time with fine tannins and plenty of plums.
