Wine Review: This light white gold wine opens with a light pear like bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, a little crisp, with mineral infused lime like flavors. The finish is dry and subtle. This is a nice food wine to pair with a light fish dish like trout almandine. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Straw yellow. Offers fruity flavours of apricot, peach and pear fruit. Smooth, elegant, mineral and structured, with good acidity.
