Wine Review: This light gold colored wine is a nice introduction to this grape if you never had it before. It displays lots of the variatals primary characteristics. It opens with a musty lychee like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly creamy, and balanced with spicy tropical fruit like flavors. There is also some sweetness and hints of lime. The finish is dry and reasonably extended. Serve this easy to drink wine with pecan chicken. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Our 2007 Gewürztraminer displays a vibrant yellow color in the glass. This harmonious wine offers aromas of rose petals, apricot, lime and some spicy notes. On the palate, this round wine is soft and balanced and medium in body. The long finish is full of flavor.
