Wine Review: This is the 3rd time that I have recommended this wine. It is pale white in color and opens with an inviting ripe pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, creamy, smooth, with mild apricot and pear like flavors. The finish is dry and subtle. I would pair this wine with chicken, broccoli, and penne smothered with a white cream sauce. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Citric yellow. Intense dominated by strong mineral aromas, citric notes as lime and mandarin, tropical fruits in balance with “fume” and vanilla hints from the oak. Good natural balance of acidity and alcohol content, crispy and persistent.
