Wine Review: Looking for a Very Good value in a dessert wine? Look no further. This light yellow gem from Batasiolo opens with a very attractive and aromatic bouquet. On the palate, this light bodied dessert wine is lively, slightly effervescent, and nicely sweet with ripe apple and pear like flavors with a touch of orange as well. The finish is quite refreshing. This is a wine to serve as an aperitif with spring rolls or as a light dessert wine with sliced green apples and sharp cheddar cheese. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Moscato is a straw-yellow wine with golden highlights, an intense nose reminiscent of the grape, and a full, lingering, sweetly soft flavour with an aromatic aftertaste.
