Wine Review: If you like grapefruit or tangy NZ Sauvignon Blanc, you will like this white wine offering from Spain. This pale yellow wine opens with a light citrus like bouquet. On the palate, this light bodied wine is tangy, shows some lively acidity, with slightly tart grapefruit and citrus flavors. The finish is dry and lingers slightly. This zippy wine would liven up broiled scallops or a Dover Sole. Enjoy – Ken
