Wine Review: This wine was the third Chard from EOS that we recommended this month. This yellow wine opens with a fruit salad bouquet with prominent notes of banana and pineapple breaking through. On the palate, this medium to full bodied wine is balanced, smooth, and offers apple flavors with hints of lime, and a touch of light oak. The finish is dry and very refreshing. The panel placed this wine as nice pairing for rainbow trout or crab cakes. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Signature aromas of ripe tropical fruit with notes of vanilla open this full-bodied offering, sourced entirely from our Estate Vineyards in Paso Robles. Flavors of ripe mango, apple and lemon peel are enhanced by a crisp acidity and lead to a lingering finish.
