Wine Review: Every once in a while, I find a wine that I could smell for hours. This wine is that kind of wine. The bouquet is awesome. As I mentioned, this light yellow colored wine opens with a very floral and inviting ripe peach like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is nicely balanced, with integrated acidity and ripe lime like flavors that are accented with some minerality and green apples. The finish is dry and nicely prolonged. This nice wine would pair well with chicken alfredo. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: AROMAS: It opens with aromas of nectarines, honeysuckle, and guava and then gives way to an array of tropical fruit accents when allowed to air. FLAVORS: Full of fruit, with flavors of fresh peach, honey, and an array of tropical fruits, mouth filling with a long mid palate and clean finish. The wine is well balanced with a crisp acidity and moderate alcohol allowing it to improve over the course of the vintage.
