Wine Review: This ruby red wine opens with a very pleasant cherry like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied young wine is nicely balanced, has a dry mouthfeel, good structure, and really nice cherry flavors. The finish is quite dry with very long tannins that sail on for quite a while. This very solid effort was made for a NY strip steak. Grill one up and pop a cork of this gem soon. Enjoy – Ken
