Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Gewürztraminer was the most in character wine that we tried in our flight at the Golden Nose Awards. This wine opens with a light lychee like bouquet. On the palate, this light bodied wine is mouthwatering and has nice balance between its acidity and fruit. The flavor profile is lime like. The finish is dry, pleasing, and lingers nicely. The wine would go quite well with broiled scallops. Enjoy - Ken
