Wine Review: This wine would appeal to lovers of oaked CA Chards. This light yellow wine opens with a light oak and butter like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is smooth, creamy, balanced, with lemon butter flavors with toasted oak notes. The finish is dry and lingers slightly. This wine would pair nicely with creamed chicken with sautéed mushrooms. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Full bodied, round, good depth of fruit, medium long finish. Flavors of citrus fruit, apple, lime, roasted nut and toasted oak.
