Wine Review: I get real excited when I come across gems that I have never heard of. That was the case when I came to try this wine from Storrs at the NY Wine Expo. This dark ruby beauty did just that when I tried it. This wine opens with a really aromatic blackberry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is well balanced, real smooth, and has concentrated and lush black cherry like flavors with a touch of spiciness. The finish is quite dry and has soft tannins that linger for quite some time. This wine would pair very nicely with my barbeque steak tips of the grill. Enjoy - Ken
