Wine Review: This yellow colored wine finished in third place in our recent blind tasting of Riesling. It opens with a wonderfully inviting lemon peel like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is very smooth, creamy, well balanced, with very sweet apricot like flavors with hints of lemon and caramel. The finish is very refreshing but brief. The panel felt this wine would pair nicely with ham. Enjoy – KWGTP
