Wine Review: This pale yellow Sauvignon Blanc from down under is opens with a very fragrant green apple like bouquet with hints of wet stone as well. On the palate, the wine is round, a bit tangy initially, with lots of acidity that settle down with some air. The flavor profile is a slightly tart lime. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This wine would be a nice complementary addition to swordfish or halibut. Enjoy this wine this summer. Ken
