Wine Review: This impressive dark purple wine opens with a light black cherry like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is very smooth, well balanced, and elegant. The wine displays very appealing black cherry flavors. The finish is nicely dry, has very fine tannins, and lingers for some time. This is a good food wine to pair with a strip steak with a wine and mushroom reduction sauce. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Aromas of cherry, black cherry and black current fruits fuse with smooth notes of vanilla, clove, and tobacco. Rich and balanced on the palate, this wine finishes with long, lingering flavors of cocoa, black current, and vanilla.
