Wine Review: This nicely priced Shiraz is a Very Good wine for the money. This deep purple colored wine opens with a mild black cherry like bouquet with hints of vanilla. On the palate, this full bodied wine is well balanced, muscular, and displays black cherry flavors with black pepper, coffee, and dark chocolate notes. The finish is quite dry, shows fine tannins, and is noticeably lengthy. The panel thought this wine would pair wonderfully with a sirloin burger with mushrooms or beef stew. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Appearance: Deep garnet color with vibrant purple hues Aroma: Ripe black currant, cinnamon and chocolate fill the nose accompanied with hints spicy oak. Flavor: Bright and juicy plum is accented by dark chocolate. Notes of spice and integrated tannins complete the long, silky finish.
